1. Select/invite the desired bicycle to a meeting
2. Choose the date and time.
3. In the subject field, enter the driver's name and phone number
4. State the purpose of the trip and the destination in the location field.
5. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation in your inbox.

Remember to update your reservation in Outlook if there is any changes!

Pick up the bike

• It is located in the post office, room 104, in building 5125 (Edison).

Pick up the key, helmet and reflective vest

• This can be found in the black box located in room 107C in building 5125 (Edison).
• The bicycle pump is available at the same place.

Lock the bicycle

• Use the key to lock and unlock the bicycle.
• Remember to lock the bicycle every time you leave it!

• After ending the trip, the bicycle must be returned to the post office in room 104 in building 5125 (Edison).
• The key, and the rest of the equipment, is returned to the box in room 107c in building 5125 (Edison).
