Catering and canteens

For meetings and exams, it is the individual employee who is responsible for ordering the catering. Should any questions arise, contact the canteen you wish to order from.

If it concerns larger events such as P-day and R-day, the Secretariat can be helpful in ordering the catering. Please contact ece@au.dk, if there are any questions about this.

New provider for catering from September 1st, 2024

Compass Group, which already provides the catering of the canteen at The Royal Library Aarhus, is AU's new provider for catering for meetings, conferences and events, as well as the 3 canteens: Nobel Park, the Social Sciences Canteen at Aarhus BSS, and the canteen at the Department of Dentistry and Oral Health.

Meals and meetings

Information regarding menu, offers, opening hours, etc.
The website will be accessible from AU's canteen overview on the staff portals.
During the autumn, you will be able to find information and buy food via Compass Group's app "Food & Co".

Refreshments/food for exams / censor catering

We are working on a solution regarding catering for external examiners going forward.

It is possible to order catering for external examiners. The order form is for exams at the following location in Aarhus:

Oral examination, KB/Finlandsgade 22 and surrounding buildings.

Catering for meetings, events etc. can be ordered at the nearest canteen:

It is important that you state a project- and activity number as well as your name when ordering.
