Catering and canteens

It is possible to order catering for external examiners. The order form is for exams at the following location in Aarhus:

Oral examination, KB/Finlandsgade 22 and surrounding buildings. 

As mentioned earlier, you must fill out the form yourself:

• There must be filled out one form per examination day, even if the exam is held over two days. Remember to clearly state the dates.
• The order is sent directly to the email stated on the form at least 3 days before the exam. Only Jespers Torvekøkken will send a receipt on the order.

Catering for meetings, events etc. can be ordered at the nearest canteen:

• At Finlandsgade 22 and Åbogade 34 refreshments/food can be ordered from Jespers Torvekøkken
• At Skejby Nordlandsvej 301 refreshments/food can be ordered from Matematisk Kantine or Jespers Torvekøkken
• In Foulum refreshments/food can be ordered from Foulum Kantine
• In Herning refreshments/food can be ordered from DinnerdeLuxe

It is important that you state a project- and activity number as well as your name when ordering.
