You can book a meeting room by inviting the room to a meeting from your Outlook calendar, in the same way you normally invite participants.
You find the specific meeting room by searching for building number-room number (for example 3210-03.070) in the address book.
Attendees must clean up after themselves, so that the room is ready for the next meeting.
Course and Exam Administration System handles the booking of classrooms.
If you need to book a classroom, you must send an email to: undervisningeksamendiplom.nat-tech@au.dk
Before you send an email, you can check if the room that you want is available by following the link below.

3 | The event is held. Remember to make sure that the room is ready beforehand – like the other meeting rooms. If the event is held after 4pm, an email must be sent to Facility Management (NT-BygNord.Bygningsservice@au.dk) to inform them about the event, because of the alarms. If there is many participants, please notify teamleader for cleaning, Berit Basse (bab@au.dk), as she will organize extra cleaning. | Event responsible |
