The purpose of the room is for it to be a study and research environment for ECE students and staff.
Examples of use:
The room is not a conference centre and is NOT for external parties such as IDA or other AU departments.

1 | The room is booked in Outlook by creating a appointment in your own calendar, and then inviting the room to the meeting/appointment, with a description of the purpose, time (start and end), participants, etc. | Event responsible |

3 | Booking confirmation with rules and information about the use of 122 is send to the person responsible for the event. | Secretariat |
4 | The event is held. Remember to make sure that the room is ready beforehand – like the other meeting rooms. Use the booking confirmation as the guideline. | Event responsible |
5 | Make sure that the room is clean and ready for use the next day. | Event responsible |
