Guest researchers and interns
As an employee at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, you are welcome to invite guests.
If you wish to invite a guest, please follow the procedure below:
Guests are welcome at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. If you are considering inviting a guest, you must make sure that your head of section has approved the stay, and that the guest is able to finance the visit on their own without financial support from Aarhus University.

Please use the form below to start the process of inviting a guest.
Please fill out the form about ALL guests (EU and non-EU) 3 months prior to the planned arrival date.
Guest coordinator Freia Martensen will then contact the guest and take care of the formal part of the paperwork.
NOTE!
In addition to the form above, please submit the following material to fhm@ece.au.dk:

Approval from the head of section via email

Copy of the guest’s passport (only relevant if the guest is a guest student/intern)
