If you wish to invite a guest, please follow the procedure below:

Guests are welcome at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. If you are considering inviting a guest, you must make sure that your head of section has approved the stay, and that the guest is able to finance the visit on their own without financial support from Aarhus University.

Please fill out the form about ALL guests (EU and non-EU) 3 months prior to the planned arrival date.

OBS!
In addition to the form below, please submit the following to guests@ece.au.dk:

• Approval from your head of section via email
• 2-3 lines describing the internship (work tasks/education plan) (only relevant for guest students/interns)

Guest coordinator Freia Martensen will then contact you and the guest and take care of the formal part of the paperwork (background screening, invitation letter, work and residence permit, NDA/internship agreement etc.).
