To Project managers: Review your projects
All projects in the department are part of ECE’s overall budget and financial results. Therefore, it is important that all budgets for ØR1 are accurate.
For this reason, if you are a project manager, please review your projects and ensure that:
- Budgeted Months/hours are realistic; both for the current year and for the lifetime of the project
- Operating and capital budgets are realistic in terms of current knowledge
- New projects are set up and budgeted. Please send the relevant information to your project finance administrator
- ReAp has been updated with all your applications to foundations and external partners.
- Please inform your project finance administrator about any additions.
After ØR1, all project managers will be asked to approve the budgets through the Power BI project status report.
Feedback and corrections should be by no later than: 11 March 2024
