Limited IT support during the exam period

Nat-Tech IT currently staffs with supporters at the exams. Therefore, there may be a longer processing time for other inquiries to IT.

Until 28 June 2024 – i.e. in the current exam period – there are a number of changes to Nat-Tech's IT support:

  • Longer processing time for the employee's inquiries to IT support.
  • Possible changed opening hours, or completely closed help desk at Katrinebjerg
  • Onsite support takes place to a limited extent.
  • Urgent matters are prioritized first and dealt with as quickly as possible

The helpdesk at Campus Aarhus and telephone support on +45 8715 0944 are normally staffed during the period.
