In order to create an access card, we need a photo of you. You choose a suitable photo. Send your photo in jpg/jpeg to ece@au.dk.
When your access card and keys are ready for collection, you will be notified by the Secretariat.
The key is personal (key number is assigned to you) and may not be exchanged with others.

AU Foto provides staff photography for PURE profile, key cards and business cards. Book an appointment for staff photography yourself. Send the photo to ece@au.dk and it will be added to your PURE profile.
All articles, reports, conference papers, etc. you write and the activities you participate in while employed at Aarhus University must be registered in Aarhus University's PURE database. You must do this yourself via PURE. If you need help, you can contact the Secretariat via ece@au.dk.
Every year, all employees at AU must declare any sideline employment with a professional connection to their employment at AU. Information about sideline employment must be registered in Pure.
Relevant sideline employment must be registered on an ongoing basis as far as possible – and by 1 March at the latest for the preceding calendar year.
