HR has prepared the following templates for recruitments of more than one year:
Please note that earlier templates/job advertisements, which can be used for inspiration, are available from the secretariat.
All new employees must receive an employment contract before they start, and therefore HR must receive the cases from the departments/centres (via Medarbejderstamkortet: MSK):
• at least 30 days before start date for Danes
• at least 60 days before start date for EU citizens
• at least 90 days before start date for non-EU citizens
All employments should, as far as possible, start the 1st or 15th of the month.
The table below shows a step-by-step description of the procedure for recruitment with prior advertisement.

7. | Create Medarbejderstamkort (MSK) | Secretariat | Project owner notifies the Secretariat of who to employ. The secretariat creates a case for HR. |
