VIP/part time-VIP, temporary employments under a year – online form (ECE)
On this page you will find ECE's online form for temporary employment or extension of employees under 1 year as VIP or D-VIP (e.g. scientific assistants, postdocs, students on projects, part-time lecturers, IT staff, etc.)
If you wish to extend an employee's existing employment, please contact the Secretariat.
The completed form will be sent to the department mailbox and you will also receive a copy. You will then be contacted by the Secretariat.
Please note that HR must have at least one month to process the employment for Danish employees, two months for EU citizens and three months for non-EU citizens.
Remember to attach the necessary approvals for employment/extension from the head of department and project economist.
